After a lifetime in the IT industry, a recent layoff gave me the unexpected push to turn a passion for baking into something real.

Originally from Paris, I left for London at 24, eventually landing in Colorado via a circuitous path, where I’ve been proud to call home for the past 15 years.

Océane Bakery is a place where simple ingredients come together to create fresh  pastries. Here, you’ll find handmade croissants, baguettes, and other classic pastries, all crafted from scratch and to be savored within hours of coming out of the oven.
