BAGUETTE
SESAME & FLAX SEED LOAF

Although normally an 18 hour process you will perform all the necessary steps to make a baguette in the 2.5 hours class !

You will mix from scratch, as well as use pre-prepared dough at various stages of the process.

Several baguettes, loaves and boules will be baked, ready to eat and take home.

We will prepare levain (leavening agent) and work with samples at different stages of the fermentation process.

Enjoy taking home your refrigerated dough, ready to be proofed and baked in your own oven.

Class will take place at 9608 Salem Court, Highlands Ranch, CO 80130

Minimum Participation Requirement

Our baking class requires a minimum of 2 participants and a maximum of 4 participants to proceed. If the minimum number of participants is not met 4 days prior to the class, a full refund will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of preparing the dough and levain, any cancellation within 4 days of the class will not be refunded.
Students may cancel their participation up to 4 days prior to the class for a full refund.
